  • Event Planning

    Full service start-to-finish event management. This includes all stages of creation, pre-production, day-of-event, and post-production from the inception to content distribution and event review.

    Oversight and execution of short term creative projects including photo or video shoots, live promotional campaigns, assistance with location or venue sourcing, and other live entertainment needs.

  • Talent Support

    Supporting independent talents in bringing their creative visions to fruition. This includes project management, marketing and promotional engagement and assistance with projects or events.

Next Steps:

  1. I receive your RFP and respond with any basic questions I may have.

  2. We set up a 30-60 minute meeting to talk about your event or project.

  3. I will submit a Scope of Work & Fee Proposal to you.

  4. We review, update, and approve the Scope of Work and Fee Proposal together.

  5. I submit an Independent Contractors Agreement for you to sign.

FAQS:

  • Flexible scheduling. To review current availability, visit my Booking Calendar.

  • It’s best to book me at least 6 months in advance (if not more) for events.

  • Rates vary based on project scope, budget, and level of involvement.

  • Open to both single-purpose and ongoing independent contracting work in the form of W-2 or 1099.

  • Discounts available for verified 501c3 non-profits.

  • For full-service event production and major projects, I require a 20% deposit with milestone payments leading up to the day of show.

  • Simple projects and day-of-event contracts can be paid on site, or no later than 2 weeks after conclusion.

  • Willing to travel pending flight, lodging, in-state transportation, and a food per diem are covered by the client.

  • Able to work remotely for most pre-production services.

  • Rate increases to time and a half for any days including over 8 hours.
